Chairman and Founder trained in the UK as a professional Secretary. She worked for a number of reputable organisations in the UK before returning to Nigeria in 1967 when she joined Lever Brothers Nigeria Ltd (now Unilever Nigeria Plc). She was appointed a Management Trainee in 1974 and was trained as a professional Personnel Manager.
She successfully completed the professional examinations of the Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. Mrs. Green attended a number of management courses organised by Unilever, U.K and also the "Train the Trainers' course" organised by Guardian Business Services, U.K. Subsequently, Mrs. Green occupied numerous management positions before leaving as the Company Training Manager of Lever Brothers Nigeria Limited in 1982. She established OPASS Limited in the same year.
Mrs. Green is recognised as a skilled interviewer and trainer. She is very keen in Counselling, Mentoring, Networking and Talent Management. A recipient of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Distinguished Service Award in 2007 and a very active member of the Institute.
The Managing Director / CEO of OPASS Limited, is a trained and experienced HR Professional, Communications expert and seasoned Security Management Consultant.
Mr. Green worked in the U.K for a number of reputable organisations both in the private and public sectors including the Metropolitan Police. He established the London office, OPASS Limited (U.K) in 1997. The Company specialises in offering Consultancy Services to small businesses, supporting them in Recruitment, Training and Business Development. An Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria (CIPMN) and an Associate Member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police, Mr. Green returned to Nigeria to become the Managing Director / CEO of OPASS Limited, Nigeria in March 2009. He is very passionate about crime prevention, detection and resolution.
Mr. Green has attended a number of management courses in Nigeria and the UK in Information Technology, Customer Services, Effective Policing and Business Development. He is very vast in Customer Services, Total Quality Management and Human Capital Development.The Director, Clients Services. She has several years Banking, Human Resource Management and Marketing experience and spent seven years in the marketing department of Express Discount Limited.
Mrs. Orija has attended various Management, Strategic Marketing and Customer Service training programmes organised by OPASS Limited, The Lagos Business School, RMC Consulting (in conjunction with the Customer Service Institute, Minnesota, U.S.A), I-Skill Limited, RestraL Consulting and Alliance Consulting/Agusto & Co.
Mrs. Orija has great passion for Customer Services, Relationship Management, Product Development, Problem Analysis/Resolution as well as Training and Development.
She is a Graduate Member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (CIPMN).
He has been a Director of OPASS Limited since inception.
He worked for over 10 years as Production Manager and as Planning Manager at Lever Brothers Nigeria Limited (now Unilever Nigeria Plc). Mr. Taiwo also spent a few years in Unilever, U.K as a Senior Manager in the Technical Division. He is a dynamic speaker, a veteran of the business world and has a lot of interest in general management.
